Prerequisites

Get Started:

1. Creating a new tool

   Open your agent and open up the tool menu. E.g., “Tools & Abilities”, “Custom Tools”

   

2. Create a tool

   

Build the Tool:

1. Tool Details

   • Option 1: Form
   • Option 2: Copy-Paste
   • Option 3: Developer Notes

2. Save the tool

3. Make sure the tool is active or added to the agent.

   

4. Save or Publish the agent

   1. Test: Use a method (call/text/chat) and ask to get availability for that calendar
   2. Done ✅ - Make sure to add any other endpoints you need for this flow (e.g., “Create Property or Job”.
