Description

This tool allows you to get contact information using their phone number.

Prerequisites

• Install an application into your GHL location(s) that allows you to access and create an API key. Example: IntegrAIte
• Create your IntegrAIte GHL Key Example: Login to GHL > Install IntegrAIte > Copy “Agency Company Key”

Note: Agencies may only need 1 key that can be used for all of their subaccounts/locations.

Get Started:

1. Creating a new tool

   Open your agent and open up the tool menu. E.g., “Tools & Abilities”, “Custom Tools”

   

2. Create a tool

   

Build the Tool:

1. Tool Details

   • Option 1: Forms
   • Option 2: Copy-Paste
   • Option 3: Developer Grade Notes

2. Click “Save“

3. Click “Add to Assistant“

   

4. Click “Save” on your Assistant

5. Test: Use a method (call/text/chat) and ask to get availability for that calendar

6. Done ✅ - Make sure to add any other endpoints you need for this flow (i.e., “Booking Appointment Bridge”).
