Description

A dynamic calendar endpoint. Allows for simple calendar setups to multi-calendar booking with location selection.

Prerequisites

• Install an application into your GHL location(s) that allows you to access and create an API key. Example: IntegrAIte
• Create your IntegrAIte GHL Key Example: Login to GHL > Install IntegrAIte > Copy “Agency Company Key”

Note: Agencies may only need 1 key that can be used for all of their subaccounts/locations.

Get Started:

1. Creating a new tool

   Open your agent and open up the tool menu. E.g., “Tools & Abilities”, “Custom Tools”

   

2. Create a tool

   

Build the Tool:

1. Tool Details

   • Option 1: Form
   • Option 2: Copy-Paste
   • Option 3: Developer Notes

2. Click “Add to Assistant“

   

3. Click “Save” on your Assistant

4. Before testing, confirm you have the tool “Get Available Slots” connected to the assistant.

5. Test: Use a method (call/text/chat) and ask to get availability and then book on a calendar

6. Done ✅
